CZ-USA provides limited services which can be classified as custom paid repairs. To find out whether our service department can do the required work, please call toll free number: 1-800-955-4486. In case that you qualify for paid repair, the service department will provide you with price quotation and issue Manufacturer’s Return Authorization number.
 

In case that you qualify for warranty repair, the service department will issue Manufacturer’s Return Authorization number.

• this number must appear on the shipping label
• your address and telephone number must appear on the shipping label
• include a detailed explanation of the required job and include a check or money order payable to CZ-USA with the required amount. No repairs without prepayment will be processed.
• your firearm must be unloaded
• the firearm must be properly packaged
• do not send U.S. mail, use UPS, FEDEX, DHL or a similar carrier which is able to provide you a tracking number for the shipment

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS WILL RESULT IN THE RETURN OF YOUR FIREARM AT YOUR EXPENSE.
