Designed to fit the small base calibers perfectly, the CZ 527 is a true micro length Mauser style action and features controlled round feed, a detachable magazine, hammer forged barrel and single set trigger. The dovetail on all CZ 527s is 16mm.

Added by ChuckWe have the American M1 527 in a .223 rem and it is wonderful! We also each have CZ .22's along with a 550 in a .270 and a .375 H&H which are also nothing less than great. Got the Bobwhite 20 ga for my wife Susana and a Ringneck 12 ga. for me. Just wish the wood looked like the advertisements. Have not shot the shotguns enough to form an opinion but the rifles even make a good shot out of me!
